Final conference in Romania

In October 2024, Asociația Se Poate proudly hosted the Final Local Conference of the Next Generation of Entrepreneurs (NGOE) project. This event was an opportunity to present the project’s final outcomes, PR4 (Online Toolkit for Young People) and PR5 (Youth Worker Implementation Guide), to a gathering of stakeholders, youth organizations, educational institutions, and community members.

Conference Highlights

1.Welcome and Introduction
The event began with a warm "BunVenit" (Welcome) to all participants, setting a collaborative and inspiring tone. The opening remarks included an overview of the NGOE project’s objectives and an introduction to Asociația Se Poate and its partner organizations, underlining the value of this multinational collaboration.

2.Project Overview and Results
A comprehensive presentation outlined the NGOE project’s goals, including fostering entrepreneurial skills in young people and promoting innovation across communities. Attendees were introduced to PR4 and PR5, exploring the purpose and practical application of each:
-PR4 - Online Toolkit for Young People: An interactive platform that equips youth with tools to learn about entrepreneurship through engaging, digital resources.
-PR5 - Youth Worker Implementation Guide: A resource designed for youth workers to implement entrepreneurial education effectively within non-formal educational settings.
These resources were demonstrated in depth, offering attendees a clear view of how they could support youth in developing entrepreneurial skills and promoting local economic growth.

3.Positive Community Impact
The conference emphasized the NGOE project’s positive effects on local communities, such as the creation of support networks and the stimulation of economic development. By encouraging young people to embrace entrepreneurship, the project has laid a foundation for long-term community engagement and innovation.

4.Promoting Resources Across Institutions
One of the core focuses of the conference was on promoting NGOE’s resources within educational institutions and youth organizations. Participants discussed strategies to integrate the online toolkit and youth worker guide into schools and community programs, ensuring broad accessibility and practical usage.

Interactive Activities and Engagement
The conference featured interactive sessions where participants engaged in discussions and activities to explore the applications of PR4 and PR5. These sessions encouraged attendees to envision how they might use the resources in their respective communities, fostering a shared commitment to advancing youth entrepreneurship.

Ensuring Long-Term Project Continuity
The event concluded with a discussion on sustaining the project’s impact in the long term.
Topics included:
-Adaptability: Ensuring that NGOE’s resources can evolve in response to contextual and operational changes.
-Community Involvement: Engaging beneficiaries and local communities to continue the project’s objectives, creating an enduring support network for young entrepreneurs.
Through these discussions, Asociația Se Poate emphasized the importance of maintaining the NGOE project’s positive legacy, encouraging stakeholders to champion entrepreneurial development for future generations.

This final local conference in Romania successfully highlighted the achievements of the NGOE project, showcased its valuable educational resources, and inspired a collective commitment to foster an entrepreneurial spirit among young people.
