As part of the collaborative project „Happy Teachers - Happy Future“, teachers and project managers from Latvia, Lithuania, and Finland recently visited Nooruse Maja. The visit provided an excellent opportunity to engage in enriching discussions around shared project goals and exchange best practices. In addition to the usual project activities, we were thrilled to introduce educational materials developed through the Erasmus project „Next Generation of Entrepreneurs“. This initiative aims to support youth in entrepreneurial learning, and the materials are tailored to strengthen essential soft skills, such as problem-solving, resilience, and creativity.

Our international partners expressed sincere gratitude for the chance to explore these resources. They noted that the materials could offer valuable insights and practical tools for their daily work with young people. Seeing their interest and enthusiasm was encouraging, as it highlighted the cross-cultural applicability and relevance of the resources we created. We look forward to seeing how our partners adapt and implement these tools within their respective educational settings. Additionally, this exchange has deepened our collaboration and paved the way for further mutual learning and support.
