On November 14, 2024, Nooruse Maja hosted cultural workers from Põlva County. The purpose of their visit was to gain insights and explore the possibility of adopting Pärnu's cultural model in Põlva County. During their trip, they visited several cultural centers and community hubs in Pärnu. At Nooruse Maja, their main interest centered around Erasmus projects and how these initiatives are implemented. We shared details about the topics we address and the results we have achieved through these projects. Special attention was given to the outcomes of our Erasmus project, *Next Generation of Entrepreneurs*. We showcased the achievements of this project, including its online platform. The visitors were impressed by the practical applications of the project in the local community. They expressed interest in how these methods could be adapted to their region. The visit also fostered meaningful discussions about collaborative opportunities. We were pleased to inspire new ideas and approaches for their cultural development. This exchange highlighted the importance of sharing experiences and learning from each other. It was a productive and inspiring day for everyone involved.
