The Next Generation of Entrepreneurs (NGOE) project concluded with its Final Meeting in Pärnu, Estonia. In-person and online attendees reflected on the project’s achievements, assessed its impact, and established a sustainability strategy to extend its legacy.

    Partners celebrated milestones, including the delivery of PR1–PR5:
    • PR1: Defined essential entrepreneurial skills.
    • PR2: Developed a pedagogical approach for teaching entrepreneurship.
    • PR3: Created tools to assess entrepreneurial development.
    • PR4: Launched an interactive online toolkit.
    • PR5: Delivered a guide for youth workers.

    • The Training Event for Youth Workers (C2) equipped participants to implement NGOE methodologies.
    • Final Conferences (E6–E10) successfully disseminated project results to stakeholders.
