The Next Generation of Entrepreneurs (NGOE) project produced the following key results:

  • PR1 - Entrepreneurial Skills Framework: The primary objective of the NGOE project was to promote entrepreneurship and cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset among young people. The first step toward achieving this goal was to analyze what entrepreneurship means globally and how it is encouraged. Before outlining the pedagogical approach for the entrepreneurial curricula (PR2), it was essential to define the skills and competences that should be included. The Entrepreneurial Skills Framework (PR1) addressed this by identifying the specific skills to foster entrepreneurship among young adolescents.

  • PR2 - Entrepreneurial Curricula: Pedagogical Methodology Approach: Through the needs analysis conducted by the project partners and the results of PR1, partners gathered insights to develop an entrepreneurial curriculum that encouraged an entrepreneurial attitude among youth. In PR2, various teaching methodologies were benchmarked and evaluated through a SWOT analysis to determine the most effective pedagogical method for developing entrepreneurial skills. This process helped design the non-formal teaching methods and tools for the NGOE project.

  • PR3 - Skills Evaluation Model: The Skills Evaluation Model (PR3) provided the methodology and tools for assessing entrepreneurial skills within the NGOE project. The assessment model was aligned with the pedagogical methods identified in PR2 and aimed to boost young people's confidence in their entrepreneurial abilities. PR3 was designed to have a long-term impact on youth careers, work lives, and personal development, by providing accurate evaluation tools to track progress and demonstrate skill acquisition.

  • PR4 - Online Toolkit for Students: The Online Toolkit (PR4) is an open educational resource (OER) accessible through an online platform, offering materials and tools (both ICT and non-ICT) developed in the NGOE project to promote entrepreneurship among young people. Hosted on a Moodle platform, PR4 provides an interactive and user-friendly learning experience. The toolkit ensures broad access and visibility, allowing young people to take e-learning units, track their progress, and engage with entrepreneurial content during and beyond the project.

  • PR5 - Youth Worker Implementation Guide: The Youth Worker Implementation Guide (PR5) is a comprehensive document designed for youth organizations, centers, and institutions working with young people in non-formal settings. It provided step-by-step guidance on how to implement the NGOE educational program effectively, ensuring that youth entrepreneurial initiatives followed best practices and utilized the project's resources to their fullest potential.
