The Next Generation of Entrepreneurs (NGOE) project held its Fourth Intermediate Meeting in Lodi, Italy. This pivotal gathering focused on finalizing PR4 (Online Toolkit for Young People), launching PR5 (Youth Worker Implementation Guide), and planning the project’s concluding activities, including the Training Event for Youth Workers (C2) and Final Local Conferences (E6-E10).

Key Highlights:

1. Finalizing PR4:
   Partners reviewed and approved the Online Toolkit, with actionable plans for promoting its accessibility and impact.
2. Launching PR5:
   Work began on the Youth Worker Implementation Guide, defining its structure, content, and timeline for completion.
3. Blended Mobility Assessment:
   The Blended Mobility Activity in Estonia was evaluated, with feedback informing future improvements.
4. Training Event (C2) Planning:
   Detailed plans for the Spain-based event were developed, focusing on equipping youth workers to use NGOE resources effectively.
5. Final Local Conferences (E6-E10):
   Preparations for these conferences were finalized to showcase PR4 and PR5, engaging stakeholders and maximizing project visibility.
6. Sustainability Strategy:
   Partners discussed strategies to ensure long-term impact by integrating project resources into educational programs.
