Kick off Meeting

The Next Generation of Entrepreneurs (NGOE) project officially launched with a Kickoff Meeting hosted by PROJUVEN in Torremolinos, Spain. Representatives from partner organizations, including RNUN, ÖJAB, SE POATE, and RUANA, gathered to outline the project’s goals of empowering youth with entrepreneurial skills and tools.

Key Highlights:

1. Introductions & Overview:
   Partners shared their expertise and reviewed the project’s mission to promote entrepreneurship across Europe.
2. Project Teams Established:
   The Project Management Team (PMT) and Quality Control & Monitoring Team (QCMT) were formed to ensure smooth execution and high-quality results.
3. Work Plan & Methodologies Approved:
   A detailed roadmap with timelines, milestones, and methodologies was finalized.
4. Branding & Website Feedback:
   Initial branding materials and a beta website were presented and refined.
5. Entrepreneurial Skills Framework (PR1):
   Partners began outlining PR1 to identify essential entrepreneurial competencies for youth.
6. Communication Plan:
   A dissemination strategy was agreed upon to maximize outreach and project impact.

Outcomes:

The meeting set a strong foundation, finalizing the work plan, forming dedicated teams, and aligning on initial deliverables. The NGOE project is now poised to foster entrepreneurial skills and inspire Europe’s next generation of innovative leaders.
