NGOE Final Conference – Youth Work and New Challenges

On October 15, the final conference of the NGOE project took place, bringing together 27 youth workers from diverse backgrounds and generations. The conference was filled with engaging discussions, focusing on the future of youth work and the challenges that lie ahead.

Participants explored ways to better apply soft skills in addressing the problems faced by young people and how to strengthen collaboration networks. The day offered inspiring practical workshops, allowing participants to share their experiences from various fields of work.

The conference highlighted the urgent need for innovative solutions to adapt to the evolving demands of youth work. Together, participants outlined future plans aimed at improving the well-being of young people and fostering stronger communities.

In addition to these discussions, the event provided an opportunity for participants to build new partnerships and strengthen existing ones, ensuring that the outcomes of the NGOE project continue to benefit youth work long after the project has concluded. The collective insights and experiences shared throughout the day will help shape the next generation of strategies to support youth workers and young people alike, ensuring their growth and success in an increasingly complex world.
