Training event

The NGOE training event (TE) (C2) held in Benalmadena, Spain from 23rd to 31st of May 2024 responded to the main objective of piloting the Youth Worker Implementation Guide (PR5). Specifically, the mobility gathered youth workers from the different partner countries with the aim of providing important data and information to partners who received feedback about the methodology of NGOE, the pedagogical materials proposed in the project’s framework, and youth workers’ perceptions about entrepreneurship. The daily agenda and activities of the participants were very intensive and were organized in a way to cover all the contents of the document.

The participants were staff members of each partner organization with experience in Erasmus+, youth work, and entrepreneurial education, and each partner sent 4 participants, for a total of 20 participants. A non-formal learning methodology was used in the training.

The non-formal learning methodology included methods such as icebreakers, energizers, name games, reflection groups, working in intercultural subgroups, facilitated discussions, creative presentations, simulations, case studies, and debates.
